Sensa Hotel sets the standard for personalized service! They surprised me on my birthday with beautiful room decorations, custom mirror art, towel decorations, and a complimentary birthday cake.?The room was huge with an amazing view, the food was delicious, and the facilities were great. Plus, having the mall right next door makes the location unbeatable. Highly recommended for special occasions or a relaxing getaway!

I stayed one night here with my family. One of the good things about this hotel is the location beside or inside the mall—one of the big malls in Bandung. So you don't need to go anywhere, such as Salon, Cinema, Shopping, and food. The other good thing about this hotel is breakfast. They have an excellent variety of Indonesian food and Western food. Other than that, the hotel doesn't have anything special. The service was okay, but we asked about the AC not being cold until they came twice, but the AC still needed to be cold enough. I will not return to this hotel, so I'd better choose another one.

My first stay at sensa hotel was very comfortable, when I arrived I was greeted very friendly by Mr. Anwar at the receptionist and was very helpful for the checkin process which was very fast and clear, and also the breakfast food at the restaurant was very delicious and also innovative, hopefully my family and I can come back to sensa again.

For me it was a bag Experience as I booked through the website and I requested for a connecting room as we are a family of 5 but our request was not considered furthermore when we arrived in 1 July at 4:00 the room was not ready it took us more than 20 min to give us the room furthermore we requested for extra blanket but they said as per the role we can’t offer u we came to enjoy but we had a bad Experiance and the lady on reception promised that she provide us two room with connecting door but she ignored our request Over all am not happy and will not dept the visit to ur hotel or recommend to others in my country

No doubt.. this hotel is one of the best in Bandung, Never fail to impress me, Food Quality are second to none, its always maintained in very best way, taste are great, Service are Excellent, friendly and efficient. Room are clean and spacious, Its really recommended place to visit.. Family, Leisure, Vacations. Well located and next to Ciwalk Mall. I am really enjoy during my stay, Thank you. I will definitely come again.
