  One of the hotels that can be recommended for staying, whether you are on vacation or on a work trip. Just a suggestion: it would be better if the central AC could be completely turned off, because in some rooms the central AC automatically turns on even after it has been turned off. Hopefully, the main breakfast menu can also be more varied and not too often include battered fish 😊And sorry to mention this. In the non-smoking room area, sometimes cigarette smoke can still be smelled inside the room, and it’s unclear where it comes from, even though it is a non-smoking room. There are also times when guests in the neighboring room are noisy, which can disturb other guests.A suggestion would be to place a notice or rule inside each room reminding guests not to be too noisy so that it does not disturb other occupants.   The issue resulted from a critical lapse in room inspection where the non-functioning TV was not identified, inadequate staff adherence to SOP in handling guest complaints, and failure to utilize guest profile data to properly recognize and manage a repeater guest.   This was my first experience in Bandung I with my friends all the way from Bogor during our holiday brake. We enjoyed visiting Bandung while staying in Zest Hotel Sukajadi.
