The room was decorated really nicely by the guest relations officer - Kireina. The room amenities are all good, with a good spread and selection of breakfast in the hotel provided. We’ll be here again !

I had a truly wonderful stay at Aston Batam Hotel & Residence. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming.The highlight of my stay was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was warm and attentive, but I would especially like to thank Sheila, Nisa and Sefi. Their sincere hospitality, friendly attitude, and thoughtful care made my stay so much more enjoyable and memorable.Because of them, my time in Batam became a really special experience that I won’t forget anytime soon. It’s not easy to find such genuine service, and it made a big difference.Overall, the hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend Aston Batam Hotel and Residence, would happily come back again.Thank you for such a lovely experience.
