Location Best near the Grand Batam mall and BCS mall , a lot of coffee shop and food court walking distance , Room and bath room very clean , breakfast very generous.Staff very friendly and help full. no discotheque no noisy , sleep very conformable.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and found 2 cockroaches each night. Hotel is old, and cupboards were old too

Wished the Room Makeup can be done earlier. We were out for breakfast about 9am, back 2pm. Still not done 😌

Hotel located at a very convenient place where Mall, Foodcourt, Wet Market, Street Side Foodstall, Massage Shop within walking distance 🙂

Dear Hotel Manager / Management Team,I am writing to formally complain about the highly disappointing experience I had during my stay at your hotel from [Check-in Date : 05/09/2025] to [Check-out Date : 07/09/2025] (Booking Confirmation: #[Your Booking Number : 1578941089867796], Room: #[Your Room Number : 108]).My stay was severely impacted by multiple significant issues that made it very uncomfortable and frustrating.The main problems I encountered are detailed below:1. Excessive Noise Disturbance (Most Disruptive Issue):· External Noise: During the evening/night (on [Date : 05-06/09/2025] around [Time, e.g., 10:00 PM]), singing from a venue downstairs was clearly audible in my room. The noise was disruptive and continued late into the night, making it impossible to sleep peacefully.· Staff Noise: Furthermore, the housekeeping staff were very loud while cleaning rooms in my vicinity. They were talking and laughing loudly in the hallways, showing a complete lack of consideration for guests who were trying to rest. This behavior is highly unprofessional.2. Poor Room Condition & Facility Issues:· Unstable Water Heater / Water Pressure: The water pressure and temperature from the shower were extremely unstable. It fluctuated between hot and cold and between strong and weak, making showering unpleasant and potentially unsafe.· · Damp and Old Room: The room, particularly the bathroom, felt damp and somewhat old. There was a musty smell, and the overall condition of the facilities was unsatisfactory and uninviting.These problems relate to core aspects of your service: soundproofing, staff training, and facility maintenance. They fall far below the standard of a comfortable, peaceful, and functional hotel stay that I expected.Due to these issues, I was unable to rest properly, and the value of my stay was significantly diminished.I strongly request that you address this complaint seriously and provide a suitable compensation for this poor experience.
