Had such a lovely stay at Four Points by Sheraton Batam recently. Truly thankful to the team for making my special day feel even more memorable.Special thanks to Liony and Ardan for the beautiful arrangement and for putting so much effort into every detail. I really appreciated how attentive and accommodating both of you were throughout my stay. Every request was handled so well and efficiently, and it honestly made me feel very welcomed and cared for.Check-in and check-out were also smooth and pleasant thanks to Ardan and Jovan, as well as the two bellmen from last night and this morning whom I unfortunately didn’t manage to catch their names. Everyone I met during the stay was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful.You can truly feel the hospitality from the whole team here, and that’s what made the experience stand out for me. Overall, the services provided was excellent

The services provided by staff at front counter were top notch, a big shout out to Ms Tiurma, who provided us with incredible services from the time we checked in until checked out.Maria of cafe had provided us with superb service too. Unfortunately, the varieties during breakfast is very limited.Room wise, just the odd part is the direction of the opening of the glass door that will caused the water to drip on the bath room floor to be wet after shower.Equipments at the gym were too simple & limited items are provided, e.g only 1 treadmill is provided.
