    Wonderful experience

While we cannot change the “hardware” of the hotel - someminor maintenance would be helpful, your “software” is FANTASTIC!! Everyone has been very accommodating and flexible - namely Annisa who helped with all our requests, Nuel and Trestha from front office and all the staff who helped at our BBQ EVENT. definitely 5stars to your team!!

The male staff member who served me at the counter, whose name I believe was Luel or Nuel, was polite, kind, and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and comfortable, especially with the beautiful sea view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. And most importantly i feel safe and good aura especially with bringing 2 month old baby.
