Huge hotel with huge rooms

Geat hotel with very big rooms. The rooms have a bedroom and living room and a balcony. The pool is very big and there is big and pretty good gym. The hotel has several restaurants which offer great food. The staff is super friendly and all in all this is a really nice hotel.

Outstanding Hotel for a break or company team base

Fantastic amenities with a huge swimming pool for all the family. A couple of restaurant and a cafe. Great food! Staff all amazingly polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy and very spacious. All areas of the hotel are very well thought out. Great location just about 15 minutes from ferry. Great get away break from Singapore or a stay vacation.

Hello Holiday Inn, Batam!!

Last minute decision to stay here as the school holidays were ending. Immediately after the ferry ride was whisked away via the property shuttle bus within a 30 mins ride .Check in was fast and acknowledged my Silver status of IHG. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and it was spacious. Only issue faced was the balcony door could not open and the shower pressure was inadequate. Had a comfortable rest and swim.FNB options was great, Japanese Teppanyaki was stunning and deserved top marks. We also dined at the terrace restaurant.Overall, was a good stay.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Batam was lovely—peaceful and made special by the **exceptional staff**. Thank you to the receptionist for alerting us about a forgotten food package, engineering for quickly fixing our bathroom door, housekeeping for daily tidying and sweet towel toys for my daughter, and the restaurant manager for the thoughtful honey lemon drink. While the building feels a bit dated, the **genuine hospitality** here shines brighter. Highly recommend for families seeking a relaxing getaway!
