Poor soundproofing with rooms at Planet Holiday hotel in Batam.

I formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Planet Holiday in Batam. My experience was highly disappointing due to several significant issues.Upon checking into my initial room on the 6th floor, I was immediately disturbed by a continuous, loud thudding noise. This noise became even more audible after midnight, making it impossible to rest. I later discovered that this was likely due to the KTV located on the 4th floor, which apparently operates 24 hours a day.Furthermore, the service I received at the front desk was unacceptable. I spent 25 minutes requesting a quieter room and was repeatedly told that none were available. It was only after I requested a full refund that a room on a higher level suddenly became available. I should also note that the sliding glass door to the balcony in my room was faulty and could not be opened.Beyond the room itself, the elevator system is highly inefficient. Because the buttons only control subsets of the six elevators, guests frequently press all the buttons, causing the elevators to stop at almost every floor regardless of whether someone is there.Given these shortcomings and the poor handling of my room change request, I do not intend to return to this hotel in the future. I hope you will take this feedback into account to improve the experience for future guests.

My friends suggested me to stay in this hotel, my hotel stay was pleasant, We loved the rooms facing to pool view, front desk named Topan help us to get that room he is very friendly and welcoming, his service are fabulous , Room was clean and comfortable. will be here if i go to batM

Staff are very helpful and friendly. They do their best for customers. The lunch such as satay was very well prepared in the sauce and chicken meat which not so salty and was delicious. The room is very clean and spacious.

Nice hotel many restaurants, near to many shopping centre, very nice swimming pool, nice with elevator outside the hotel, before there was big discotheque, under hotel?.

Beautiful hotel in Batam, great service, great view from the rooms, rooms clean and comfy, nice amenities, spa, gym, sauna, pool, great breakfast buffet, close to restaurants, shops and malls.
