  The Hotel was able to conform to our request by allocating the family's room as close as possible. Though the room features may be dated, they were able to mask by providing solid customer service, from doorman to receptionist.

  Overall the taste is good..the staff so friendly and helping for my brunch..especially for the staff named is Tari..shes’s friendly and have a good smile..hope the brunch will always have Tari as a good staff

  Relaxing, Batam's 5 Star Hotel

  Radisson Golf & Convention deserves a 5 Star status, Ms Rina from Front Office did a wonderful job in arranging and setting up for our birthday celebration. The service, atmosphere and hospitality was amazing and well appreciated. We had an absolutely relaxing and relieving massage session at Zoysia, our masseuse Niken and Iffana provided top notch service and massage. Radisson is a must stay location.

  It was really good enjoyment, the assistant Sukarno and Adit were very cooperative and supportive, so I recommend to try it once being in Radisson Batam center.
