    We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this hotel, especially as we came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday.I arranged a birthday surprise with room decoration and a candlelight dinner, and the hotel team did an amazing job making everything special and memorable. The decoration was beautifully prepared and the candlelight dinner setup was romantic and well arranged.What impressed me the most was the excellent service and attention to detail. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. They were willing to assist with our requests and made sure everything was prepared perfectly for the surprise.My wife was genuinely surprised and happy, and that made the whole experience even more meaningful for us. ??The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was lovely, and the overall hospitality was excellent. This hotel definitely made our birthday celebration much more memorable.Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful service and for helping me create such a special moment for my wife. We truly appreciate it and would definitely love to come back again.     It's a short walk away from Harbourbay port.The hotel sits at a convenient location whereby shops, cafe , mall , massage and other services are easily available. The room is nice and cosy, though there are some signs of wear and tear. Telephone and TV were not working in my room but I am okay. Breakfast was delicious with many options of Chinese, Indonesian , western and live station.Special mentions to Rizki whom help and assist me on my 1st day here. She ensure all were smooth for me.     Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay never disappoints. The rooms are always clean and cozy, and the overall vibe is very relaxing. Its proximity to the ferry terminal makes traveling so hassle-free.
