From Singapore, it takes 55 minutes by high-speed catamaran to reach the Bintan ferry terminal, after which it is just a 10-minute drive to the resort. The hotel is the embodiment of luxurious living; located above a secluded bay on the north-western tip of Bintan Island, offering an exclusive villa lifestyle amidst the mystic appeal of its natural surroundings. The picturesque island resort also depicts its innate environment comprising coconut trees, the open sea, ancient forests, hills and mangroves.

The resort has a lift and features 64 rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a library.
