From Singapore, it takes 55 minutes by high-speed catamaran to reach the Bintan ferry terminal, after which it is just a 10-minute drive to the resort. The hotel is the embodiment of luxurious living; located above a secluded bay on the north-western tip of Bintan Island, offering an exclusive villa lifestyle amidst the mystic appeal of its natural surroundings. The picturesque island resort also depicts its innate environment comprising coconut trees, the open sea, ancient forests, hills and mangroves.

The resort has a lift and features 64 rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available.

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes cycling/mountain biking, bocce, beach volleyball and fishing. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis and golf. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as snorkelling and diving. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing and catamaraning. The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including table tennis, billiards, yoga and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a beauty salon. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request.

    It’s been almost 3 days since my birthday trip to Bintan Island concluded. I still can’t get over of the wonderful experience that my boyfriend and I just had. It truly exceeded our expectations. The highlight of the trip was the birthday dinner that my partner organised at the Cove. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation for Mr. Bintang for all his passionate efforts in setting up our dinner on the rocks. It was truly beautiful. Even though we eventually, had our meal in the restaurant, the overall experience was still top notch. Every course served was so delish and Mr Bintang looking after us the whole duration of our dinner just made the dining experience even better. We really felt taken cared of. I am so happy to have had the chance to celebrate my 35th birthday with them. <3

    Niken and Naya gave such pleasant service and were so warm, really made our night. The food was exceptional. Highly recommend the clear tom yum fish soup, papaya salad and mango sticky rice. Wish I could stay another night just to experience and eat the same things again ??????
