  I returned to Swiss-Belhotel Cirebon after about three years, and honestly, I was a bit hesitant due to several unpleasant experiences I previously had at both the Cirebon and Jakarta branches. I only chose this hotel because almost every hotel in the city was fully booked that day, so I decided to give it another try—hoping things had improved.To my surprise, the experience this time was far better than expected.🛏️ Room & CleanlinessThe room was noticeably cleaner and brighter compared to my last stay.The linens were spotless, the bed felt fresh, and overall cleanliness was well-maintained.The air-conditioning and hot water worked smoothly, and I felt much more comfortable and safe staying in the room this time.🍽️ Breakfast ExperienceI stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and the breakfast variety was still good.The taste on the first day was a bit bland, but over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the food tasted significantly better—likely due to a different chef on duty.👨‍💼 Service & Staff ResponseThis was the highlight of my stay.The front desk staff were polite, responsive, and genuinely asked for feedback during checkout.My comments regarding the food were taken very seriously, and the Front Office Manager even reached out personally to apologize and confirm the details.This level of professionalism and care made me feel valued as a guest.📍 LocationThe hotel’s location is very strategic.Guests can directly access CSB Mall through the 3rd floor, passing by the restaurant and pool area.This makes it extremely convenient for dining, shopping, or a quick walk without having to exit the building.✨ ConclusionThis stay completely changed my impression of Swiss-Belhotel Cirebon.The improvements in cleanliness, service quality, and responsiveness were clear and significant. With this experience, I feel confident returning to this hotel in the future—and I hope the Jakarta branch has improved as well.
