  Good service, been here twice and pak Noorman is very helpful and informative while picked me up from the airport. Excellent. Will be back again.   Worst airport hotel ever

  This is the worst airport hotel I have ever stayed. As an airport hotel, the most important thing is close to the airport and airport shettle. But this hotel can not reach any.1. Although this hotel looks very close to the airport, in fact, it takes half an hour even if there is no traffic jam. If traffic jam, who knows how long time will it take.2. I booked the airport shuttle and provided the prepared flight number almost one month in advance, and the hotel has never tell any problems, until one hour before I land, they inform me that I need to wait almost 2 hours for their scheduled shuttle bus. They just aim that I can't cancel at that time, and waste me a lot of time there.3. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport runs every 2 to 4 hours, it means most people should go to the airport three or four hours in advance, or take the risk of not able to catch the flight. In the end I could only take a taxi to the airport by myself.Waste time and waste money stay at this hotel! We appreciate the opportunity to clarify and provide more accurate information for our readers as the guest satisfaction is of the utmost concern to us, therefore, we took this matter seriously.1- Regarding the location of our hotel, it is mention clearly on our websites and all OTA Platform that it took only 30 minutes or 10 KM from International Soekarno Hatta Airport, therefore we provide free Shuttle from and to the Airport.2- We provide free pick up service by Shuttle from Airport with the request 1 day before arrival. Because this facilities is complimentary shuttle and another guest also have the same right for this pick up service. Therefore we give you information to wait because our driver still pick up another guest at the terminal 1. Finally we can pick you up at 12:30.3- For dropt off service to the Airport, our Shuttle schedule stated at Reception desk every 2 hours starting from 04:00, 06:00, 08:00 10:00, 12:00. You request to get dropt off shuttle at 05:00 which is not stated at the schedule. With all due respect, it is quite common for guests using the taxi with personal payment if it is out of the schedule stated.We hope our explanation helps to avoid any misunderstandings or misconceptions for our readers.   It's been a good accommodation next to Airport with a reasonable prices and good services. We "ve been pick at the airport by hotels car and also dropt to Airport the next day. The breakfast is provided with a fariaty menu . Mostly indonesian food. Friendly staff at the reception during check in process itis simple and warm. The facilities like swimming pool. Bilyard. Etc. It's make me feel like stay at home.we do enjoyed our stay here at days hotels. Keep up a good work Days HOTEL. WE will retund back for a couple day.   We have stayed several times now at this hotel. It’s a great location for air port travelers. It is great value. Everything is clean and tidy and well-maintained. What I think really stands out though is the service. Every employee that we dealt with was warm friendly and very helpful. A real stand out though to one of the waiters in the restaurant (Dian ) And an extra special stand out to Vanka at the front desk. To make a long story short she went way above and beyond to help us fixing some problems with booking other hotels. She is amazing.
