Great location, beautiful surroundings, great staff. The receptionist and staff were most friendly and helpful, first impressions of the hotel were beautiful and outstanding. Everything about this hotel is amazing. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service where we had dinner. The food is delicious and good value for money, and the service is attentive and efficient. The room itself is well equipped and comfortable. I am very happy with my visit. The staff were friendly, I had a chance to chat with a staff member named Irman, exchange ideas, chat while drinking coffee, it felt like friends who had known each other for a long time and like at home. FO Staff - Friendly and fast check in.Room - Dirty towel and bad smell.Pool - Not so many people and a bit dirty.Lobby - Too Hot and there is no aircon i think.Wi-Fi - Just ok not so fast need to improve. Improve cleaning and service

Please improve the cleanliness of the room and lift. And please have some umbrella to help the costumer when it is rain.
