The absence of a toilet clogging system results in flooding and smelly! The presence of red ants around the TV table and water heater is sickening. The lack of amenities in a hotel, such as shower gel, a shower cap, earbuds, and body lotion, is utterly unbearable! Additionally, there were no extra bath towels and a tissue box for the 3 of us. We paid for business purposes with my colleagues from Malaysia, and we should have had extra key rooms because we ended up moving separately. I don't recommend staying here in Favehotel PGC Cililitan, Jakarta.

Hotel adjacent to shopping mall and bus stop

Favehotel PGC adjacent to Pusat Grosir Cililitan (PGC) a mid-range shopping mall which is quite crowded by visitor, inside PGC also there is a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) bus stop connecting PGC to many places in Jakarta.Room is standard for budget hotel, room size is small, free breakfast available, food option near hotel plenty.

All staff so friendly, receptionist yuyun so friendly, good location and clean room, near to halim perdana kusuma airport and this hotel obey the rule for protocol healthy and easy access to mall and varian food

A few days ago check in for the first time in this hotel. Friendly and fast check in by Nico. The ac in the room is cold and the room is clean also. If I go to Jakarta, i will stay in this hotel again. Thank you for the good service.

yuyun as reservation very helpful, friendly. She is so nice. Keep it up the goo work. from room 816. I stayed there a couple and all the staff is helpful. So fave hotel is always be choosen one. May they just upgrade or maintain tools in the rooms
