226 rooms are located on 12 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing.     Definitely one of the most comforting memories that i've had over my stay here, when i've had my birthday. Especially for kak Salsa and kak Umais from receptionist, who had thoughtfully helping for the booking process, and the overall warm services that they offer really made my birthday this year to be a meaningful one!     Harris Kelapa Gading , they always make me satisfied. When Check in they have friendly staff Bhayu and April ,in restaurant they have delicious food with sweet smile from their waiters , okta & nia.If you asking about cleanliness , Harris is best choice .     Staying at Harris Kelapa Gading actually very convenient and comfortable, staffs here also nice and amazing. Room not big but very clean and quiet, so we can rest well everynight. Already emailed hotel a week earlier request room decor for our 17th anniversary on check in day, but when we arrive hotel prepare nothing only two swan towel on 13 May at our request. Maybe Harris doesn't have this kind of service or maybe there is another reason, but this is kinda disappoints us. Beside that, I think hotel rates too expensive compared the service and amenities they could provide to guests. With this rates actually we could stay in some 5 star hotels with and receive more service like we do before, but overall Harris is an excellent hotel.
