the atmosphere is nice, there was also nothing wrong with the room, we wnjoyed our time here. Es Aryo also helped us a lot by the breakfast time, treated us nicely the whole time. they keep our room clean as well. would recommend it here

The location is very convenient since it is next to ICE.The hotel lobby looks clean and welcoming, with a comfortable area to sit and wait. There is also a lounge where guests can have food and drinks.The rooms are standard in size, but they could use some refreshing and better maintenance. The shower did not have a bathtub, which would have been a nice feature to include.My room faced the main street, and it was quite noisy. You can hear a lot of traffic and car noise from outside.Compared to other hotels in the area, the price was about 70% higher due to the exhibition taking place nearby.The service was good, especially from Mr. Hs Siswoyo. He provided excellent service and was very accommodating and polite.Thank you. Robert Y.

Staying here is super convenient. Right in the heart of BSD City and directly connected to ICE BSD. Close to the toll road, malls, and public transport, it’s perfect for both business trips and short staycations. I stayed in the Executive Suite Room. Spacious, with a separate living area and complete amenities. Other room types are modern and cozy as well. Dining at Mandalika Restaurant is a highlight, especially during Ramadan with their special Iftar menu, plus sahoor and breakfast options. You can also enjoy the pool or gym with beautiful city views, and even use the free rental bikes. Great location, complete facilities. Definitely a smart choice if you’re visiting BSD or attending an event at ICE. ✨
