The German Centre in the southwest of Jakarta can be reached in only 40 minutes. The hotel also provides easy access from major toll roads that provide connections to all destinations. The establishment is 30 minutes away from Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

The hotel has a lift and features 150 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     I am from Singapore and this is my second time staying in Hotel Santika Bsd City Serpong. Just like the first time last year, I can feel the warmth and excellent vibes interacting with the staff whether they are from Concierge. Resto and Housekeeping. The various staff are very generous with their smiles (which makes my day everytime) and any concerns I had are well looked into and resolved with great efforts. There are many staff there I am thankful and grateful to and I had informed them directly. I will surely be back there again next year.     I was warmly surprised with the care and attention by the team at this hotel. Being a traveller it's rare to see such love! I had a issue with the safe it was replaced instantly. I needed a adapter it was provided asap. These guys deserve the 5 stars! And special shout out to Rini at the front desk for being the 5th star in my review. Keep up the good work!
