Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service and a Memorable Birthday Surprise

    rating10 Mar 2026

I had such a wonderful stay here for 2 nights! The location is super convenient—really close to BXC Mall and surrounded by many places to eat like McD and KFC. There are also lots of cozy cafés nearby, which was perfect because I love going out for coffee. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The amenities were also really complete, which made my stay even more enjoyable. What made the experience extra special was the amazing service from the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. I was especially surprised when they prepared a birthday cake for me since it was my birthday! It was such a thoughtful gesture. Jinda and her colleagues were the ones who surprised me—I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names, but I did take some photos of them. They were so kind and kept wishing me a great day and happiness.Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very well taken care of. Thank you for making my birthday and my trip so memorable. I would definitely love to come back again!
