Staffs were very helpful and informative. needed an adaptor and it was delivered promptly. The room was nice. My family enjoyed the swimming pool. But the bathroom is using an old style tap. It is not easy to open/close, especially when showering. With shop on our hands, it was so slippery and I felt ridiculous that it was very difficult to open. Please change it for the next customer.
