This resort is located in Senggigi Beach, right on the beach.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. Rooms include a double bed. A safe and a minibar are also available.     We stayed here as a family for one night whilst we were in the area to get a ferry back to Bali and this place was perfect! It was quite centrally located, has its own pool and the staff are SO friendly and welcoming. It has its own cafe too and it was lovely that the pool was open so early and so late too, it was very refreshing. Thank you so much!     Terrible - avoid and save your money!

    My party and I were very disappointed with standard of cleanliness in our rooms and poor facilities we were presented with. We decided not to stay at Diva and checked out of the hotel a few hours after checking in. We were unable to speak to the manager in charge at the time and were told she was unavailable. The property as advertised on booking.com, and the two Diva Suites I booked were not up to standard and did not in any way reflect the images or facilities described. This was extremely disappointing. The rooms were very tired looking, and one did not have any bedside lamps and the air conditioning unit was not working. The fridges were unclean and had dirt around the edges. There were no complimentary toiletries in one bathroom and all of the bottles were empty. In one room, there were no towels, and only one small bathmat as a hand towel. No coat hangers were provided in the wardrobe space in either room. The sofa’s looked very old and were stained and dirty. The shower screens (glass) were dirty and had not been cleaned, and there were finger prints and grease marks all over the TV. In one of the rooms, the curtains had cigarette burn marks all over them, and the room door did not shut properly and had gaps around the edges.Since returning to the UK, I have sent three emails to Diva highlighting my concerns and making a complaint, none of which have been acknowledged. I am disgusted that my comments have been ignored and I have been offered no kind of refund, compensation, or a simple apology. I wish for this experience to be known across all review sites and hope it deters other travellers from booking or travelling here.

    Good budget hotel only 10 minutes from Senggigi

    This hotel is a very good budget option only 10 minutes from Senggigi. We’ve stayed here a week in October for MotoGP Mandalika and rode our scooters in to the track. Staff are friendly and polite as usual. Breakfast was very basic but delicious. The pool is fantastic! In partial shade throughout the morning. **NO ALCOHOL AVAILABLE to purchase at this hotel** Only downside was housekeeping were a little slow to replace towels and to provide more toilet paper but always did so on request.

    Big room.clean and comfort with very friendly and helpful team.menu was good and simple menu.very recomended to stay at Diva Resort Lombok.Rooms was big with private terrace.Location is easy to find and 5 minute walking at the beach with white sand and some palm trees

    Cute boutique hotel with big rooms. Great pool area. Downside is they do not serve alcohol at restaurant. Positive is the staff are lovely. When I thought I forgot my iPad the staff were gracious in helping me locate it (which is did). Great inexpensive place to stay.
