DO NOT STAY HERE. Words cannot describe how bad it is. The website photos are complete lies. The whole place smells awful. The bathroom smells like urine and is clearly never cleaned. The sink doesn’t drain. There’s no hot water in the shower. The place is completely derelict.

Don't trust the pictures. They probably are from ages ago. Most of the terrace wooden boards are broken. It's dangerous to walk around the swimming pool. That one is totally neglected. I wouldn't swim in it even if I got paid. The room is disastrous. Mold over the walls, bathroom sink and toilet clogged, curtains smelling cigarette, room smelling mold and humidity, no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast far too basic. The only positive point is the free shuttle to the airport (10 minutes bar car). That hotel has been derelict.Given the properly maintained big meeting room at the entrance and the correct restaurant room, they obviously provide daily reception or congress services. Well, they should stop receiving travelers or seriously restore the hotel.

Do not stay here. The photos are a complete false representation of the reality and after refusing to stay here on arrival, management admitted to me the photos are 20 years old! TWENTY YEARS. We were told the pool was under maintenance when in actual fact the pool hadn’t been available for who knows how long.

Ended up here after a bad experience elsewhere stayed here for 4 nights waiting for a flight and really can’t complain at all, Room was very clean bed super comfortable aircon worked perfectly (it’s a little loud but not offensively so) Staff were very friendly and helpful organised cars for me to explore abit of the island! The cleaners were always super friendly and said hello whenever I seen them.Food in the restaurant was abit limited but everything I had was delicious! WiFi works really well by the pool and the pool and pool area was always nice and clean there is a cute kitten that hangs out by the pool also who was very friendly.If I ever returned to Lombok I’d happily stay here again

Worst hotel experience on our trip

Our flight from Lombok to Bali was cancelled and we had to stay at this hotel for a night. It was awful. First room smelled of smoke and was dirty. We were able to switch rooms then but still - old, dirty, broken sink and toilet. Also, it‘s very noisy.
