Facility

Guests have a choice of 66 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service and a safe are available.     Fab Gem of a hotel with staff who go over and above.Special mention to Lilis in breakfast dining, Dani - cleaner, Indra reception trainee always smiling definitely needs taking onG the manager.All staff were lovely, the grounds are kept beautifully. Even had a bit of table tennis 🏓 practice. Thanks for making my stay so special 💓

    This is our second visit to the resort, several years apart. We stayed in a pool villa and this option provided privacy as well as a peaceful environment and excellent value for money. The team led by Adi were amazing, friendly and helpful. Adi was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that you enjoyed every aspect of your holiday.

    A great hotel on a secluded beach, ideal for relaxing. The grounds of the hotel were gorgeous and the staff were really amazing. The room was nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast didn’t wow us but for the price, it was more than adequate. Thanks guys :)

    Great Resort! Weak in food quality and selection.

    Great resort and great location. Jayadi, front desk manager, is excellent and extremely professional. The rooms are spacious, clean as normal for hotels in Lombok. Don’t expect Lombok hotel cleanliness standards to be the same as 5* hotels in other countries. Beds are comfortable and great pillows. The room had a smart TV and wi-fi connection is good based on Indonesian standards. The pool is very close to the ocean front. We’ve been to Lombok dozens of times and stayed at different hotels. Based on our experience, Living Asia location is the best for beach access and location. Our only complaint is the food quality and service quality in the restaurant and bar. We stayed for 7 nights. I ordered Caesar Chicken Salad 4 times during my stay. It was never the same. Even the dressing was different. The breakfast selection is limited. They do have an egg station but do not expect a selection of ingredients for an omelet. The pizza, nasi goreng, and a few chicken dishes were ok. But selection of light bites is very limited. Sorry to say, but the restaurant service and food quality and selection is probably the worst we’ve experienced in a resort. However, the resort itself makes up for the quality of food.

    What a fabulous find!!! After arriving from the loud & busy Jakarta, this hotel was literally an oasis of calm & beauty. The accommodation is traditional style , with an open air shower which we lived !!And with beautiful lush gardens and a pool which lead right onto the beach.Very very relaxing & luxurious … Adi and all of the staff were so friendly & helpful , they made our stay …. As did the beautiful food & beach side restaurant . 10* !!!
