    Good and nice meeting room for event or other activities.. nice and friendly service. Location in center of mataram city (cakranegara) which is easy to reach other services in mataram like food, restaurant, craft, mall and other services.

    Nice place and close the the shopping center area, walking distance to meru temple and mayura floating pavilion, close to Mataram city center, islamic center and epicentrum mall, distance to Senggigi only 10 minuts and 45 hrs drive to Mandalika circuit

    Staff try very hard to be friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't incredibly fancy but it tasted good and had nice touches like actual wheat bread.Near lots of shops and street food, there's not a lot for tourists in this town but this is probably the best neighborhood to be in if you are passing through.The room was nice and clean, only bad part was the mattress needed replacement. Maybe as things things pick up post-pandemic they will fix that.

    The room was clean enough, and can add 1 extra bed. Unfortunately we got the room with less maintenance aircon at 426. The breakfast is indonesian but its ok. The only good thing is this hotel also for flight crew at least if you are lucky enough you'll meet the beautiful view of them.

    Located at the central of mataram there are a karaoke room on 3rd floor and lounge for live music or dj performance at first floor.My stay was pleasant. the staff were helpful when i need cable roll and ashtray they provide me very fast and the welcome drink is very fresh in a hot day.but the minus for business traveller are dirty towels and the laundry doesn't provide dry clean for suit.
