    We stayed at Majo Private Villas for our honeymoon, and honestly… it was one of the best experiences of my life.From the moment we arrived, everything just felt special. The villa was beautiful — super private, very clean, and the pool was just perfect. We loved waking up, opening the doors, and jumping straight into our own pool. It felt peaceful and romantic without trying too hard.The staff made it even better. Everyone was so warm and genuine, not the “overly formal hotel” type, but really kind and attentive. They helped us with everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile.If you’re thinking about staying here for a honeymoon or special trip, just book it. We made so many beautiful memories there, and I’d go back in a heartbeat.     Unforgettable and perfect honeymoon stay

    An absolutely unforgettable and perfect experience for our honeymoon.From start to finish we were treated like VIP’s.The host / Manager Laura was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect.We were given great recommendations for Gili T, but also recommendations around travelling to and from our next destination (which we are SO grateful for after a hell of a journey) By FAR best customer service we’ve ever received staying at a hotel.the only negative was having to leave :(

    My husband and I stayed in the Gaia Villa at Majo Private Villas for two nights during our honeymoon and we were absolutely blown away by our experience! After getting off of the ferry when we first arrived on the island, we were a bit overwhelmed by the busy hustle & bustle near the beaches, but as soon as we arrived at our villa we felt like we were transported to an oasis. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a wonderful ambiance and aesthetic touches everywhere - you won't want to stop taking photos of every corner! We were IN LOVE with our villa - the pool was the perfect size for two people and there was an amazing outdoor lounge area, and then of course the actual room which was amazing as well. Every inch of our villa was beautiful, including the outdoor shower which was absolutely loved! The villa felt incredibly peaceful, secluded, & romantic and it really felt like our private paradise. The hotel is also in a great location directly in the middle of the island, so you are only about a 15 minute walk either way to the beaches! Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary bikes which were so fun to ride around the island, it was a perfect way to explore :) There is a main area at the hotel complete with a larger pool, beautiful open-air lounge, and bar/restaurant which we enjoyed immensely! During our stay, we enjoyed happy hour cocktails (delicious and so fresh!), dinner one evening (highly recommend the pesto pasta!), and breakfast both mornings - we opted one morning to receive the floating breakfast in our villa's private pool and it was such a treat, we loved it and felt so spoiled! Besides the beauty of the hotel, I can't rave enough about the incredible staff - every single person that you interact with at this hotel will have a smile on their face! Everyone was so helpful, kind, and wonderful - I wish I remembered everyone's names but wanted to give a special shout-out to Tony at the bar as he was especially amazing and we loved talking with him :) Thank you so so so much Majo Villas for giving us such special honeymoon memories, we are so grateful!

    Stayed here in November for two nights and that was nowhere near enough, didn’t want to leave. Absolute paradise, the private villa was unreal! The staff couldn’t do enough for us and we loved getting the breakfast delivered to our room. Lovely having our own bikes for the time we were there. I think about this place all the time and would love to go back.One thing to be aware off but this will be across the majority of the island is the call to prayer which goes off quite late and early but not the fault of the villas.Hopefully be back one day!

    Lowest hygienic standards and awful experience e

    Awful experience, really not recommend staying at this structure. Hygienic standards really low (frogs in the kitchen, towels dirty, old equipments, spiders in the kettle and water dispenser, a/c not working in august with 35^C). For the same or lower price many other facilities offer better overall experience. The street to reach the resort are embarrassingly dirty and complicated even with south Asian standards. The bikes provided by the hotel were ruined and not working. Uninterested managementIf you care about your holiday and experience do not book here
