      I arrived Friday afternoon to a deluxe room that was no bigger in width than the full size bed. There was a step to get up onto the bed or you could wall sideways on one side to use it. The other side was against the other room wall. Luckily the bed was quite comfortable and I was tired. But the tv did not work. After inquiring, the woman said that none of the rooms have tv right now because the owner has not called the cable company to request service. Quite a bummer. They did offer me 2% off a massage as the hotel included a spa, but I did not take them up on it. The bathroom did have hot water showers and a Western toilet, but the shower water pressure was very light. Nice that the shampoo and soap was included. This deluxe room was right by the lobby where The workers tended to speak quite loudly. And since Lombok has not had a lot of tourism since the earthquakes that began last July, the workers had a lot of time to chat. I felt like I was the only one staying in this hotel. Kind of spooky. So, bottom line, I will not be staying here again.
