    Our stay at Sudamala Resort Senggigi was nothing short of exceptional.From the moment we arrived until the very end of our stay, we genuinely felt welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere throughout the resort is elegant yet warm, combining the charm of Lombok's heritage with understated luxury. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, from the beautiful tropical gardens to the peaceful beachfront setting overlooking Mangsit Beach.We stayed in the Narmada Suite (Room 226), which was spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in both the room and the resort grounds created a sense of tranquility that made it easy to completely unwind.What truly sets Sudamala apart, however, is its people. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and professional. The reception staff were always quick to respond to any request, making every interaction smooth and effortless.One particular experience captured our hearts. After checking out and arriving at the airport, we realized we had accidentally left our camera charger in our room. We contacted the resort, and without hesitation, one of the staff members personally rushed to the airport to deliver it to us. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much and reflected the genuine care and hospitality that define Sudamala.Beyond the resort itself, the location is ideal for exploring Lombok, whether you're planning to visit the Gili Islands, discover cultural and historical sites, or simply enjoy the beauty of Senggigi's coastline.Pure comfort, beautiful ambiance, and exceptional hospitality.     Best resort and staff I ever had experienced

    Amazing in every sense. The location is beautiful and calm, just sit looking at the sea was amazing, turtles coming to the shore, the clear waters...We were is a villa with our own swimming pool, very spacious and well decorated. Outdoor shower and bath and exotic vegetation made the place a one in a life time experience.Chef Juan and his team were unreal when they delivered their dishes, Micheline star levels, front of the house staff are unique and made our staying an incredible experience . 2 times a day housekeeping....The money you pay in this resort is nothing compared of the whole experience you get .     One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff were absolutely amazing, and the service was exceptional from the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted at the hotel. Everyone—from the bar staff to the restaurant team—made us feel welcome and well looked after throughout our stay.The restaurant served world-class food with plenty of options, from delicious local dishes to international cuisine. One highlight of the trip was going fishing one day and bringing our catch back to the hotel. The chef happily cooked it for us, and it turned out to be one of the best fish meals I have ever tasted.We were genuinely sad to leave, but we will definitely return in the future. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday—it truly has everything you need.Thank you very much to the whole team for such a wonderful experience.     Sudamala Sengiggi, a must do in Lombok! Elegance and comfort.

    Our second visit to this beautiful hotel for many reasons. Very comfortable due to their attention to the small details. Extremely soft comfy pillows for a great nights sleep, tasteful and relaxing decor, spacious and clean rooms, quality soft toilet paper, fresh flowers sprinkled through the room. Amazing food and friendly personal attention from Chef Juandi and his staff. A must do is Chef Juandi's cooking class, where you get to eat the delicious results for lunch! And recipes worth keeping! We didn't get time for it this visit, but absolutely enjoyed it on our first visit. Will have to come again to try it again next visit.A world class, yet affordable, professional spa facility, The Mango Tree. One of the very best we've been to.
