  The toilet near the restaurant is not clean. The floor is wet

  The restaurant lack of staffs . They are very slow in topping up the food.   This is my first time staying in Santika Bukittinggi and I felt so happy while all the team here are so friendly and helpfull especially ; Bapak Alik Hidayat as GM , mas Marjuki, mbak Pratiwi Adityarini, mas ?Lailan Dani. mas Antoni, mas Zian and others team. The pizza chicken and mushroom are recomended also for the burger taste tender, the room so clean and cozy will come back again here thank you santika Hotel Santika Bukittinggi, General Manager at Hotel Santika Bukittinggi, responded to this review Dear.   Beautiful , clean hotel

  Stayed here for 3 nites, 1st nite we have the executive , balcony rooms. Since we get rooms at 3rd level, Our view , rusty roof of the houses surrounding the hotel, but next day we get to change to higher floor. clean, big comfortable bed . The restaurant in the 9th floor, very comfortable, but serving of food very slow, tastes not as ecpected. Excellent view , live music . We can hear clearly , love the Azan( call for prayer) from the mosque near htl. Thank you.   Bad experience in Santika hotel Bukinttiggi

  Should be luxury hotel. But good in restaurant was cold. Breakfast was OK but buffet bit cold as well. But fresh made items were good. Swimming pool very small and only 2 beds. Other day were 3 beds!!! Shower was broken, but did forget we asked for repair in the morning. So in Evening with much problems finally fixed. But also airco was dripping. Location is OK, but only reachable is more tourist and better class area. So don't see anything about real daily life and also nog from lower city part. Need to go there by car. After all very disappointing stay in this hotel. For the high price and new hotel certainly not to recommend.
