  Hotel Near Palembang Airport

  This hotel is actually quite good for Palembang, but its location is near the airport, which is quite far from the city center. It's too good for just transit, with its medium-sized swimming pool and spacious courtyard. It seems to be used quite often as a meeting location due to its spacious area and numerous rooms. Just an input for management, the gym facilities need a lot of improvement, especially the lack of standard weight training equipment. It's very inappropriate for a hotel that is often used as a meeting place.   I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a positive experience. The room was excellent—spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a stunning view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The price was reasonable for the quality and location, and the food was ok.However, the way the staff communicated with guests was an area that needs improvement. While a few staff members were friendly and communicated well, many others lacked clarity and proactivity. This led to an uncomfortable feeling at times, which negatively affected my overall experience. The swimming pool had a great shape and was a nice feature, but it could be better maintained. It would be helpful if certain areas of the pool were checked and cleaned more regularly to enhance the overall experience.Would I return? Possibly not. only if there are improvements in the staff’s communication with guests. I can recommend the hotel for its excellent rooms, views, and pool, but I’d suggest waiting until the communication and maintenance improve for a smoother experience.   not clean! far below my expectation!

  booked 2 rooms with a specific request “NON-SMOKING” . Checked in the hotel at 11 pm after a long road trip , i specifically re-confirm at the reception abt the room being NON-SMOKING and they said “YES”. Got into the room that smell like too strong of refresher, i could hardly breathe. The room as not as clean, the towel feels and looks more like floor matt than bath/face towel and smell deodorant all over… i regret i didn’t bring my own towel. i was too tired to call for replacement , it was 1 am. tried to sleep and rest but ended up NO SLEEP at all. Upon check out , i only found out the room is SMOKING room!! literally passed out!!!!
