Great hotel, excellent service. Always love the hotel. We booked the place for 4 nights. We always love to book Santika in Indonesia due to its cleanliness and excellent service. However, we hope for areas of improvement in this area. As our flight was delayed, we arrived at Santika Radial at 9 plus at night. The front desk officer was polite and greeted us with a warm welcome. We were informed that we had a room with no view and were told that we would be given another room the next day. Though disappointed as we had to change room and expected that we should have been allocated a room with a view earlier given the number of days we had booked and paid for and perhaps a room that was a ready with air conditioner turned on etc like some other hotels, we agreed to it. The next day, we were given another room with a great view. However, we were disappointed as this room was really warm with the air conditioner not working well and we had a warm night on the second day. Now, we requested for a change of room the next day. To our disappointment, we were told that only smoking room or twin bed room were available. We were then informed that we could receive a room but we had to upgrade. We agreed though we thought that other hotels would already offer us a free upgrade given the inconvenience we faced for 2 days. We hope the hotel management can work on this aspect.

Excellent service & good attitude from receiptionist staff mbak henny. Many culinary spot near hotel. Like warkop agam and mie celor 26 ilir H. Syafei in front of hotel. Best hotel in area. Near Palembang Icon Mall and Palembang Square just 300 m.

Great impression even though i just stayed there for a night.Nice and friendly staff the receptionist welcome me very kindly even i arrived in the middle of the night and accomodate all my request...Nice and comfy bed. For the breakfast i think you need to add more variants for the cookies and pastries because i cant find any pastries there...

A Memorable Stay at Santika Radial!

I had the pleasure of staying at Santika Radial to celebrate my mother's birthday in June, and I must say that this hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we checked in, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The highlight was undoubtedly the breakfast. The breakfast spread impressed us with its extensive offerings of both traditional and western cuisine.Our rooms were generously spacious, and the city views from our windows were absolutely stunning. A little tip for future guests: consider requesting a room on a higher floor to fully enjoy the best views the hotel has to offer.I am truly grateful for the wonderful hospitality that made our stay so enjoyable. Santika Radial has left a lasting impression, and without a doubt, we will choose to stay here again on our future visits. The nice hotel at the heart of the city

Stay here on my business trip. I found the hotel was very strategically located. Clean, friendly staff, and easy-to-find food nearby. It's also within walking distance of one of the big malls in Palembang.
