  Not safe for solo traveller

  My husband have travelled solo for business job, suddenly in the middle of the night he hear someone open his door, but luckily he had this second lock at the room, when the person who open the room realize it cant be open his gone asap , the hotel is not safe.   Stay here with my family for 3 days. The hotel was good, clean and nice room. The breakfast very good, delicious menu with many option, my children love it. The service was good. Stay here for rest in Palu it's recommend!!

  If you looked for a professional and clean hotel, Santika Palu is not a choice of yours. When we're check in, they provide us a smooking room in the smoking floor, which i allergic with.The room was dusty, the telephone was not function so i can't report or ask for some information i needed for example to report the knob to flush at WC is broken. And the worst was they still checking the room when we're check out and they said that the hand towel was missing. The fact that i never saw any hand towel in the room.

  Good hotel but still need more improvement

  Special thanks to restaurant team for the delicious and various breakfast menu and very good service.Also the FO team very much thank you for their fast action during check in.Regarding hotel building. As i have been done traveling and stayed Santika hotel Palu in 2018. But looks still the same. Just suggestion maybe Santika Palu needs to have little bit renovation and refreshness. To make it more modern especially for the rooms and bathroom design. Looks too old for Santika standard. It should be the same standard under the same management all over Indonesia.

  Generally the Hotel is good, clean and strategic location. The wifi connection is good, the room is comfortable. The breakfast is great. The location is in down town and easy accessible. Across the hotel, there is sport park and it helps me for my morning exercise. I only had little problem when having incident of broken water sink in my room. I just request for moving to other rooms. The hotel occupancy is high so I would suggest to reserve the hotel previously before arriving. The Hotel did not offer free transportation pick up from airport to hotel vice versa. The Hotel price is high as I got IDR 1,050,000 per night.
