    i love how the employee’s service, they’re nice, polite, and always smile.the food was good and suite to my taste.it has a uniq drink contain of rempah, so it is so healthy and good for elder.it is so recommend for touris to go to this hotels…..     Family stay at the Alana.

    The Alana Solo gave us very good experiences. The staff at the front liner is very friendly.The room is ready early for us.We took the connecting door rooms.The rooms are clean, the amenities are complete, clean sheets, clean towels, comfortable pillow, and the view from level 11, is good. But somehow, it's kind of noisy. We can hear people from next door, at night too much noise by somebody moving the furniture. The pool is very good, there are 3 different pool sizes, one is the best with warm water. There is a gym near the pool and kids zone like a small playground. Very convenient for us with 2 toddlers. Breakfast is the best, too many varieties of food, such as traditional, western, bread, eggs, noodles, fruits, salads, cereals, coffee, juices.The best part is, when you ask something, the waitress will respond very friendly and ask you to bring it to your table.Plenty of parking spaces, access to the hotel are very easy to find. I can say, my stay is very satisfying. Thank you 'the Alana' Solo for your service.     Good value for money, spacious rooms near to airport and not too far from city center.

    I stay at this hotel every month. Good value for money, near to airport, not too far from city center by online taxis, rooms are spacious, rooms are pretty much properly maintained, quite nice variety of breakfast, bed quite comfy and firm. Usually it was quite a good experience. But last visit, it was during high season and rooms were limited, my room was next to the elevators. It was very noisy all night long. Avoid rooms next to elevators as much as possible.
