Strategic location, good value budget hotel

Strategic location, close to the iconic Tunjungan Plaza shopping mall as well as several office buildings around Jalan Basuki Rahmat. Room was clean and well maintained, but be aware that some rooms don't have windows. Minimal noise as the hotel is located a bit away from the busy Jalan Basuki Rahmat. Staffs are friendly and the service were pretty good. Would definitely stay here again due to its location.Free flow refillable water is available in the corridors. A small water jug is provided in the room.There is a little food court on the ground floor with some local foods, as well as a 24 hour Alfamart convenience store right next door. Parking is easy as there is a multi storey car park attached to the building.

A little run down but good value for money

Good bed quality, good Wi-Fi and the staff were friendly. The facilities are a bit run down though and overall, the rooms, including the toilet, need an upgrade. The common areas are old, the carpet is worn out and the doors need a makeover. The door lock mechanism sometimes does not work. But value for money, it's OK. Very affordable hotel, near Surabaya’s central business district

a hotel with its own uniqueness. Downstairs is the foodcourt and hotel lobby on the 3rd floor. In general, the interesting thing about this hotel is the value for money hotel. Very affordable prices, and the main advantage is the location. the hotel is located in the center of the city. Still around the Tunjungan area, which is the main business center of Surabaya. This was my 2nd time to stay at Favemex SurabayaThe location is so strategic and easy to findRoom was clean and comfortable Staff were always helpful, friendly and accommodating Need to add more local or traditional food for breakfast and egg corner Will be back again
