Hotel is next to shopping mart, which is good when you need to buy something.But, parking only free for 1 time, charged for the 2nd time in the same day.Check in process very slow, the front office asked for more details, even when we already inform the sales details earlier, and after check in, the front office (Ibra**m) forget to returned ID card, so we have to go back to front office to get it.He is not so nice as receptionist, need more training to be polite to guests.Only give one access card when check in, so you need to ask first if you want more than one access card.The room: has no towels and tooth brush, cannot call room service for asking towels and amenities, because the phone is always line busy. Again, have to go to front office to asked for towels, and they only provide 2 pcs towels, charged IDR 30k for extra towels.No water provided in the room, they only provide empty glass jar, so you have to fill the water using jar in the lobby if you want to drink which is something you reluctant to do, so we bought mineral water instead.The room door sometimes hard to open, probably the door cannot read the access card, so you have to try several times.The TV remote broken or probably run out battery. Cannot use for changing channels.AC not so cold, even with max temperature setting.The food? Have many options.. but tasteless.This is first time at budget hotel, not sure with other budget hotels, but this hotel quite disappointing.But the price is quite cheap. And they provide children playground in the restaurant.Next visit? Hmm...what do you think?

Service ok friendly helpfull clean room nice view at 18th floor, parking area spacious but less lighting. Location far from city center but theres Transmart in front of hotel good for shop and eat. Paid parking theres no facilities for hotel guests.

Good services, very kind officer. At the first impression it's cheap for price but not cheap for the performance, near of transmart make it's place to be sure enough can be entertain our family. The breakfast is good, the room is good, and overall it's worth to come again in the future

The service is perfect, room and cleanliness is excellent. Price ** Service ****. The facility is good. there is a pool, free wi-fi, dispenser, hot water, and everything's good. Over all is awesome. will be back when holiday come.
