  Stayed here again after years, and this time with my family. All of the staffs were still very friendly, every part of the hotel was clean and the hospitality was excellent. Breakfast also has variety of options. The gym was a bit small but it’s clean and private, accessible only with your room key card. They also provided towels and a water dispenser in the gym, as well as shower room. The staffs were very attentive, honest and friendly. From the reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff, gym staff and the manager. I forgot my lip mousse on the table after breakfast, and they reminded me of it when i checked out. Thank you to Mr. Benny for noticing that. Also, thank you to the gym staff who was cleaning the equipment and reminding me about my phone that i left on the treadmill. Overall, it was a pleasure to be back, and looking forward to staying at Harris Bundaran Satelit again in the future.   Great stay! There was a small issue with the room initially, but it was handled very quickly and resolved well by the staff. The front desk was very helpful, the food was excellent, and Mr. Faris was especially friendly and welcoming during breakfast. Highly recommended! ?????
