    The Ashley hotel gets a 5 star rating from me. A cosy, traditional hotel, great location in the city centre, reasonable prices, and with staff who are so welcoming and helpful.     A stay at this hotel in Cork was included with our bus tour. It was a lovely hotel built in 1840. Our expectations were low we admit, so we were all very pleasantly surprised by the larger beds in the single rooms. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were all upgraded and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. We recommend this hotel!     Hotel is in a good location 10 minutes walk from train station and very clean only complaint rooms dated and very warm and lock on doors wasn’t the best but for the price and a short stay you can’t go wrong with this hotel Ashley Hotel, General Manager at Ashley Hotel, responded to this review Thank you very much for your feedback
