  Nice staff nice hotel but pzrking wss so awkward ee couldng get s loafinv spass so rather than dtive over to city hall Q park se ranf reception and were told the full overnight rate is 24 the discounted rate is 16, now obviously this girl was only trying to help us and so we opted for that closer carpark as we all had bags to drag back, unfortunately her information was not correct, the rate from 4pm thurs to 10.30 fri morning wax 48euro . Ouch lol. I dont understand why the maldrin do not use the closer carpark which is so accessible and amenible. We will not be back......lol

  Very disappointing experience. We travelled as a family and were surprised by the complete lack of empathy and willingness to help when an issue arose during our stay. Every conversation ended with the same response: "There is nothing we can do, it's Booking.com's fault."We understand that bookings made through third-party platforms can sometimes be complicated, but good customer service means trying to help guests rather than simply passing responsibility elsewhere.Based on our experience, this is not a hotel I would recommend to families looking for understanding, flexibility, and customer care.   Good hotel in good neighborhood

  Very friendly staff at the hotel with comfortable rooms. Average lobby bar.You are in a convenient area for strolling the neighborhood and walking along the River Lee. There are many restaurants in a 5 minute walking radius, but you should get reservations.   The hotel was nice and clean, breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. The only knock is the AC did not work very well, and the room was quite hot at night.   The perfect couple weekend break!

  We are just home from a fantastic weekend break in The Maldron Hotel. Fiona the Operations Manager went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Spotless room, comfy bed, lovely bar for a quiet drink, breakfast and dinner in the restaurant (100% recommend the beef, best we've ever had). We were up to celebrate our 25th anniversary and everything was just perfect! See ye again.
