    Large hotel with a pretty lobby and smart bar area. Rooms are large and beds are super comfy. Reasonable views from the king rooms on the front with fully opening windows. While the bathroom was stylish, the non-hinged shower screen proved inconvenient in use. It necessitated climbing into the bath to place the plug, and significantly restricted access to the grab rail, creating an unnecessary slip risk when stepping out—where reaching for the screen or heated towel rail would be the natural reaction. Echo others regarding the toiletries. They’re not great. Think they’ve missed a trick with breakfast. There’s an opportunity to showcase the mighty ‘full Irish’ but alas the hot food offerings were under lights in troughs meaning luke warm hard bacon, dried out tomatoes and rubbery eggs. Fairly decent cold selection. Nice service too. All in all a mixed bag. And at £180 touch - overpriced.

    I spent a night in the Maritime with a group of 19 French people. We got a wonderful welcome with all room keys allocated without delay. We got a personal welcome from the Manager and all staff were so nice. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent and everyone was very impressed with the good quality of service and value for money.     Terrible service. Ignored at the bar Food arrived and mine was overcooked and I found eaten lemon and pasta amongst my mussels, it was not a pasta dish. Such a disappointment. Was offered a replacement but it left me feeling uneasy that it was either reheated and/or overcooked with leftovers from another dish. Had a glass of wine on the house.     Idyllic location - Fantastic Hotel

    Spent one night at the hotel for our daughters birthday last weekend and just loved the entire experience from beginning to end. We didn't want to leave. The hotel has it all, idyillic location, spectacular views, first class staff, amazing food and comfortable rooms. We will definitley make it back before the summer ends. The hotel is perfect for both families or romantic breaks for couples or I could see myself doing a girls trip here too. Whilst all the staff went over and above to ensure our needs were met, Poldina at the front desk stood out the most for being so helpful and accomodating, so thank you!
