    We stayed 3 nights and it was outstanding on every level. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, genuine, and incredibly professional. Every staff member we met went out of their way to make the stay feel special.The hotel itself is beautiful — a mix of historic charm and modern comfort — set within stunning, peaceful gardens that make the whole place feel like a retreat. Our room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel a step above the usual.The food was excellent across the board. Breakfast was fresh and generous, and dinner was beautifully presented with real attention to flavour.     Great hôtel dont get put in the basement !

    Beautiful large hôtel that is mainly an event venue. We had a good stay but it was hard to get over our room in the lower level (basement) which had no window.     My children gave me the Natural Lift Facial for my birthday – what a treat! Pure bliss from start to finish. So relaxing, the products smelled amazing, and my face feels softer and more toned.
