What a beautiful, well run hotel. Excellent service from the minute we got there. Exceptional service from all the staff. Nothing was to much bother.. can't recommend this place enough. Well done to everyone 👏

An enjoyable stay at Mill Park Hotel

We visited the hotel recently together other family members. It is easily accessible located on the outskirts of Donegal town and offers good accommodation, a cosy bar and restaurant facilities. There is also outdoor seating and as the weather was good during our stay, we enjoyed drinks outside overlooking the garden area. We had three guest rooms & they varied in terms of decor and size but provided all of the amenities required. Importantly they were all spotlessly clean. Its staff is very accommodating and without exception all those that we interacted with were professional, friendly and helpful. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning and the selection of food on offer is excellent and should accommodates most people.

Every staff member had a genuine smile on their faces ( indicating a good place to work )everyone of them was extremely helpful f friendly anticipated the needs of the individual guests had the service ready without requesting ,when requesting anything bent over backwards to help Facilities and surroundings were extremely clean can’t recommend highly enough We booked what we thought was a more expensive “sister “ hotel near Belfast IT WASN’T totally disappointing after our experience at Mill Park

Stayed in a large family room which accommodated our family of 5. Amenities in our room were top class. We ate there in the evening and the food was good. Breakfast was buffet with incredibly high quality food, pancakes a massive hit with the little ones, fresh toast brought to the table a welcome bonus made to order items such as eggs to taste an kippers an option too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

As travelling as a solo person I found the whole experience from checking in to checking out one of the worse experiences I have had in a hotel. What really made me write this review was the way I was treated when using the lesuire centre jacuzzi and while getting into it and holding the single bar my foot slipped onto the side and the grill came off and my toes got caught in it. When I complained after coming out the staff at the lesuire didn't seem too concerned and told me to write a review about it. When I checked out I also complained and said that there are no signs up saying that there is no railing they have signs up attached to a yellow wet sign facing in towards the jacuzzi which you cannot see and what annoyed me was that I was told this happened before and nothing has being done about it. When Mary rang me about this she said there is a railing and I said its a bar not a railing and she said there are notices up in lesuire reception regarding this which I said I did not see and if this is the case staff should be informing patrons when using jacuzzi . I did not feel welcome in the Hotel and I will not be staying here again nor will I be recommending this hotel to anybody
