    Our family stayed here 3 nights. Our tour company booked this accommodation for us. We received a warm welcome as we entered the hotel and really throughout our stay. It definitely feels old and has traditional antique decor.Our rooms were large. The shower only was small. Overall it was ok but it could use some refurbishing.The music is loud next door of an evening. I can't remember our room numbers but we were on the side closest to Murphy's bar. It usually ended by 11 pm. One night it might have been longer because I think there was a big game playing that night. If this bothers you, I'd recommend bringing ear plugs.We had breakfast every morning and it was good. You get a mini buffet of fruit and cereals and pastries and then you can choose from a menu of options like the Irish Breakfast, french toast, etc.The location is great.     From the moment you step through the doors the welcome is amazing!. Lobby beautiful and cosy with open fire .I have slept in many hotels but can honestly say it's the best nights sleep I've ever had .The bed was so comfortable ,pillow height perfect.The bed linen crisp and fresh . An air-conditioned room ,iThe breakfast was freshly cooked and beautiful. I can't wait to return!!     We are just home from an amazing stay at the Arbutus and cannot wait to go back! The staff were all so kind and the food in the bar/restaurant was amazing. They have trad music every weekend and it's located right in the middle of town which is a bonus. The whole hotel had such a homely feel to it and we loved sitting by the fire in the evenings.
