Perfrctly situated in Dingle. Lovely old style, lot's of stairs but short ones. Good breakfast.

Excellent quaint old charming hotel. Services were top notch. The room was beautiful, comfortable & clean. Highly recommend staying here. If ever in Ireland again we will return

Only could give four due to issues with hotel

Great hotel with a few final touches that is letting the hotel down . The location of this hotel is perfect for a get out of bed and stroll around town and fall back into the bed after a good few drinks on the town everything is within five to ten minute walk bonus the pubs are not even three minute walk from the hotel . The rooms are great value for money , comfortable and warm .The let downs are the parking , coffee and drinks .The parking is in a very small car park as the Manager said to me on arrival " oh the staff park there too but I'll move mine so you can park " He said it's on a first come bases , this put me moving the car for the rest of my stay in case I couldn't park again on return . We did wish to explore the area by car and this put us off . The coffee is undrinkable, if you are a coffee snub (love your coffee please please don't dare try it ) it is like rationed instant coffee in a French press ! I don't understand why hotels don't invest in a descent beaned coffee . As for the alcohol erm please don't , I had the pleasure of sending back a smithwicks that was like soap water and a rude very rude infact think Zahid was his name tried to proof me wrong by bringing down a sample of Smithwicks to me (eh dude I have been drinking it all my life I know a bad one when I get one) he didn't say sorry or offer a different drink , lucky a different staff stepped in and she was great . Apart from the bad I said the rooms saved the trip . If the hotel reads this please try and sort your parking as for I couldn't explore the areas as for as your manager said first come served and staff park there (55 rooms and 35 spaces ) Oh the coffee please considering changing it as for it ruined a good breakfast .
