The hotel's location could not be more central. Located 30 m from the beach at the beginning of Paseo Anglada Camarassa, the hotel is in the plaza that unites the 3 access roads to the port from Alcudia, Pollensa and Formentor. It is opposite the Real Club Náutico de Puerto Pollensa.

The hotel has 10 single rooms and 40 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift.
