  Really nice B&B and great host

  Breda was a brilliant host, with an excellent B&B. Room was spacious and clean, superb breakfast, all very comfortable. The walk into town for food is a little under a mile on the main road, which isn’t great but Breda offered a lift to those wanting it. We walked to the Smugglets Inn which was nice but VERY expensive.

  Excellent Stay at the Golf Links View B & B!

  I recently returned from my second stay at Waterville's Golf Links View, and it is a terrific spot! Breda and her family are incredibly kind people and are willing to help in any way necessary. The rooms are clean and have everything you might need. Breda does an amazing breakfast made to order, which is a perfect way to start your day in Waterville. I was there for golf, but I enjoyed conversing with other folks staying there who were on walking tours. While it doesn't exactly have a view of the course, it is almost the closest place to stay if you are playing the Waterville Golf Links, and Hog's Head isn't far either.I will hopefully be returning to Waterville in 2026 and I will definitely stay at the Golf Links View without hesitation! I can't wait to return to such a special place!

  Best B&B on my Ireland trip

  Definitely the best B&B I stayed in on my two week Ireland trip. The room is big and clean and the breakfast is excellent. Breda, the owner was so kind, that she took me by car to the laundry and latter to the restaurant in Waterville center and back. She even helps me to find some accommodations for next few days. Highly recommend!

  I first gave this BnB first an overall four star review with 5/5 service on google maps, but after that the owner rang to me and was angry. She said that she was very disappointed to receive such a bad review and wanted me to change it. I felt very uncomfortable during this conversation, which made me change the review to an overall one star with a one-star-service.The people working there were superfriendly during our stay, but our room was quite cold, and there was only one extra blanket. Water in the shower was also quite cold. The BnB is also situated a bit outside the town but we got offered to be picked up by car which was nice.

  I made an impulse decision to take a night away in Waterville and lucked out securing a room in this lovely B&B just outside Waterville! Everything is spotless, room beautifully decorated in shades of grey with crisp white bedding, TV, Wifi, tea/coffee facility, spotless ensuite with white fluffy towels. The bed was so comfortable, super nights sleep. Breakfast was beautifully cooked exactly as ordered with full range of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, orange juice and cheeses. Fantastic hosts, friendly and informative! Highly recommend staying in this B&B if you are in the area. There is a guest lounge and a very informative guest information pack in the room!
