FAIRVIEW STAFF WERE INCREDIBLE

A planned week of hiking morphed into a 5-day stay at the Fairview hotel when SO fell ill with flu and required medical attention. Staff at the Fairview, James O'Neill in particular, were incredibly empathetic and supportive, suggesting medical aid, summoning taxis, and upgrading to a larger, quieter room. Hotel personnel continued to inquire about SO's health throughout the stay. Health issues aside, the hotel is centrally located, close to transportation and the National Park. The breakfast was a daily treat, with a variety of options (try the Eggs Benedict!).We would happily return to this hotel.

Wonderful hotel in Killarney

Our family of 4 had a truly amazing experience at this wonderful hotel. The owners are so very friendly and make this hotel such a warm and welcoming place to stay. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio each night and having drinks watching people walk by. The location is perfect for walking around Killarney and enjoying the many restaurants and shops in the downtown area.The hotel is so attractively decorated and the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. We were grateful for the AC in our room because it was warm when we visited.The breakfasts each day were delicious and offered a variety of choices.We hated to leave this great hotel and will look forward to staying again next time we are in Ireland.

Great experience! Jim and the rest of the staff at the Fairview Hotel in Killarney, County Kerry, Ireland we’re welcoming, professional, and very attentive to our needs. The property is immaculately clean and nicely furnished. We particularly enjoyed the bar off the lobby that remained opened to accommodate us while we were there. Jim has a keen sense of service that’s reflected in his staff. We had a great time and would highly recommend this centrally located gem in the heart of Killarney.

Warm hospitality and cosy stay in the heart of Killarney

The Fairview Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and at home. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Killarney city center, and the whole hotel has a cosy and charming atmosphere. There is also a complimentary public parking lot available at night within walking distance, which was very convenient.The entire hotel is beautifully decorated, creating a cosy and charming environment that makes you want to stay longer. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom.The staff were incredibly kind and always happy to help with tips about Killarney and the Ring of Kerry. Breakfast was marvellous, with freshly baked products and a great variety of sweet and savoury options.After a week traveling around Ireland, this was definitely the best hotel we stayed in. We would love to come back and highly recommend it.

The Fairview Hotel is in a fantastic location, close to all the restaurants and bars in the town. It’s a quite hotel with a lovely ambiance. We were in a superb family room, exceptionally comfortable, clean and a fabulous spa bath. We got an excellent deal, far ahead of other accommodation in close proximity. The breakfast was freshly cooked, super fresh and hot. Hoping to get back again soon for the exceptional value, enjoyable experience and lovely staff.
