    Beautiful oasis of peace and tranquility

    A stylish and smart boutique hotel close to major attractions of Killarney National Park. We stayed 2 nights in room 212 (Arbus suite) which had a large bedroom, full spacious and updated bathroom and nice separate sitting area for relaxing. Our rate included breakfast. We also dined one evening in the exceptional hotel restaurant (Ivy Lounge) having made advance reservations.While without AC (like most Irish hotels) we were quite comfortable with a couple of window to open up. Even in June the temps outside seldom got past the mid 50s.As for the room itself, the king bed was firm and there were ample pillows. While the bedside tables were a bit undersized, there was power of both sides of the bed (bring your adapter as there were no ISB ports).The staff are great-friendly and helpful and the sleek styling of the place adds to the overall appeal. It’s pretty quiet save the morning squeaking of crows without much ambient noise. On my wish list would be a slightly larger shower and double sink but in the overall scheme of things that’s not a big negative.Would definitely recommend a stay here when visiting Killarney. Several of the nearby larger properties had multiple tour buses parked so if you’d like a more serene oasis in what can be a fairly busy tourist area, the Victoria just might be the answer.

    This has been my wife’s and my favorite stay in Ireland by far!

    My Wife and I came to Ireland for a big trip and this has been our favorite place to stay. The staff is phenomenal. Moira at the front desk could not be more helpful. Our servers for breakfast or some of the best servers we’ve had. Breakfast was delicious. The bedding is so comfortable! The location is fantastic. It’s only a mile into the city center, which is walkable if you’d like. It’s also very close to the prime entrance into the Ring of Kerry.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The property was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and maintained to a very high standard.What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the staff. A special mention goes to Maura, the receptionist, who was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel valued as a guest, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring that every detail was taken care of with a smile.Her kindness, efficiency, and dedication to customer satisfaction are a real asset to the hotel. Thanks to Maura and the entire team, my stay was both relaxing and memorable.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality and outstanding service. I will definitely return in the future!

    The Victoria in Killarney is a real Diamond. We felt completely at home the moment we walked through the Door. Staff are exceptional all with a wonderful smile. Everywhere so beautifully decorated with such good taste and flair. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud!! Incredibly clean everywhere. The Ivy served great food, we ate on two evenings. Bar had a great atmosphere. Maura a character and Sinead a splendid lady - well done to you Sinead and your very professional staff. All real gems. Rooms 208 and 214.we’ll be back and will be sure to recommend. Alison and Robyn.

    Killarney - First Time Visit

    My husband and I recently stayed for two nights. It was definitely not long enough! There is so much to do and experience in this area. The hotel is so charming and beautiful. The food was all ‘top notch’. But, my favorite part of the stay was the staff. Each one was so polite and helpful. They really go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and enjoying all of the Irish heritage. This was definitely a place we plan to return again.
