A lovely hotel on the river

Excellent hotel, from my first enquiry to check out, the staff were very helpful and professional. The rooms are lovely, fresh and spacious. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Lovely welcoming Waterford hotel

Our room was lovely, clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable with great tea/coffee facilities. Food in bar was very nice and our server was very pleasant and helpful. Music in the bar on Saturday was brilliant, a great duo played and bar has a lovely atmosphere. Cocktails were lovely too. The only issue I had with the hotel was the breakfast, although we weren't down late (it was 9.30am) the food was only lukewarm at best and sausages were tasteless. Overall will definitely return and look forward to doing so. Staff were friendly and helpful. A cosy warm feel in reception when we booking in and rooms were just as cosy. A hugh thank you to the Manager Chris who went above and beyond in assisting me sort out an email that I needed to print. Overall a great girls three night break away.We had two rooms, our room had a double and single bed with space to walk about and a view of the water.Accessible room in the hotel was probably one of the best I have stayed in. I was particularly impressed with the size and sturdiness of the shower seat as these can sometimes not be as safe as one would think.
