  Great place to stay with good links into the city.

  This B & B guest house is a great stay. The welcome from the host and the decor is something to experience with high end fixtures and fittings. The bedroom was quiet and we had a comfortable night’s sleep. Breakfast was a continental style with lots of choice. Altogether it was a great stay.

  What a beautiful place to stay. Perfect location and Laurence and Ted were such lovely hosts. We stayed in the ‘attic’ room which suited us perfectly. Breakfast was delicious and all of theperson Al touches made our stay so much nicer. We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t recommend this accommodation any more highly. Thank you for your hospitality

  A warm and welcoming stay

  Jack is an incredibly warm and engaging host who has gone above and beyond to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel cared for. The location is very convenient to Dublin by car or bus. Our room was quite comfortable with all of our needs as travelers considered and provided for. When you check in, do not be in a hurry. Jack is incredibly friendly and conversational in the best way as he acclimated us to our stay. The value is exceptional as they do not upsell you on every little thing while you are here. Everything is included in your price. I wish we had booked a last night here at the end of our vacation as well.

  This is an amazing homely relaxed exquisite place to spend time in Dublin. The owners are wonderful and it’s the best breakfast we have had with fresh fruit, beautiful homemade bread with special made jams and more.The rooms are first class with a fabulous shower and comfortable bed. This was a great find, one can sit in the dining room or outside on the patio. A warm welcome and now that my family home is not available to stay in anymore. It’s the best next thing I have found after trying other places for ten years. It’s near great places to visit, central and not too busy. Every single area in the house has beauty and I felt like royalty as well as feeling at home, I cannot wait to go back. 💫Sincerely Philomena ☘️

  Lovely B&B with updated bathrooms and lovely rooms! Very clean & super attentive hosts

  Quaint little B&B with nice updated rooms and tons of amenities. Notes:Super comfy bed and pillows. They were also very accomodating of our feather/down allergies and provided our room with synthetic pillows/duvet. Coffee and tea in the room and a great selection of flavors in the breakfast room. Also a fresh water tap in each hallway making it very convenient to fill kettles and water bottles. Nice updated bathroom - very nicely appointed!Breakfast is self-served in the breakfast room with a nice selection of breads, pastries, yogurt, cheeses, etc. Fantastic coffee and a selection of teas. We preferred this self service so that we were not tied down to a certain seating time and could come and go as early/late as we liked. We had great communication re: arrival time, all questions were promptely answered and addressed. This is a bit removed from the tourist area but an easy 30 min walk away from the stops we wanted to make (also close to the Drumcondra rail station if you like).Overall we give this one a solid 10/10!
