Nice room, nice view, stayed in room 521, when arrived had to ring to get Futon bed brought up, this was 2nd time I had to request this as I stayed there back in November again at the time had request Futon bed, had asked housekeeper for extra water, she didn't understand what I was requesting she said "English not good" I find this troubling how could she not understand the word extra water?

A decent choice for a one or two night stay

Perfectly adequate hotel, clean, spacious rooms, pleasant staff, good breakfast and so on. There are a couple of things that might be improved. There was no complimentary water in my room. This is usual in a four star hotel.Tea is served pre-made at breakfast, so unless you bring down tea bags that are provided in the rooms and ask for hot water, this is the only option to have tea as you like it.A couple of things that might be looked at however:

    Don't go, not worth it

    rating17 Apr 2026

I made a reservation for their Éiru Thermal Retreat package. I arrived twenty minutes early and was told that I'd only be granted access at five o'clock on the dot. Fifteen minutes later, the manager on duty (Greg) came over to let me know that there was an issue with the sauna's seating area and that the bench was broken. I asked if I was able to still use the other facilities. He told me that since it was only a plunge pool, that I was not. After rechecking their website, it's outlined that the package included a hot bath as well as a plunge pool which I was also interested in availing of.After I'd explained that I drove a considerable distance and asked again if there was any workaround, he reiterated that there was not and briskly walked off. I called after him from across the lobby and asked if he could offer gym access as a gesture of goodwill and he reluctantly instructed the receptionist to do so. I thanked him and proceeded. I subsequently reconsidered and decided not to use the gym facilities. I found Greg's attitude to be unhelpful and extremely dismissive. I made the journey with the intention of enjoying some peace & tranquillity, exactly what the Éiru spa is made out to offer on the website. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time and diesel which is very costly in the current economy. This will be my last visit to any "Carlton" location.

We have been here multiple times for different occasions. Every time we have had excellent service, staff are fabulous and so on the ball. Jana is an amazing waitress who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and warm. Can't say I have had this experience in any other hotels. She is amazing at her job and the manager Aiden I think his name is is also amazing at his job and does everything to make you feel welcome.Would recommend again and again The Carlton should be ap proud of the staff and the service they offer. Will always be back! Thank Jana your amazing!

    Very satisfied!

I stayed in Carlton Blanchardstown for 3 nights, in a triple room with my husband and son: the room was large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was great value (I booked it every evening which was luch cheaper) and very tasty. We had diner at the bar : large portions and great food. The staff is helpful and friendly. The bus stop is in front of the hotel and takes you directly into the city center in about 45mn - an hour, which was perfect for us as we caught the bus in the morning then came back in the evening. I booked directly on the hotel's website and got a very good price. So I would definitly recommand this hotel!
