  Well where to start with these apartments, first of all when we were getting taxis, they didnt know it was called this or where it was due to the name change. We then finally got out of the taxis and had to wait for someone to come and let us in, once in our rooms wasnt ready so the lady on reception who was very friendly directed to a cafe near by after half hour we went back to be told one room was ready so we all headed there. However when we went in the room we realised there was enough beds for us all to stay in one room so we went to reception and received 49€ back as this was what the difference worked out at. In the room it was a lovely apartment if they spent a little money i.e broken blinds, holes in walls, blue tac on the walls. They were very spacious and enough room for 7 people to get ready with no problem! All the staff at the apartments were very friendly. But i would never stay here again as when we were out and telling people were to stay they warned us to just get in our rooms and lock the doors saying that it is a high drugs and crime area so a group of girls shouldnt be staying here and going out late at night as a matter of fact no-one should be staying here as it is dangerous - everyone seemed concerned about us staying there

  Everything was perfect and spotless, the staff was extremely helpful and assisted to all our needs. Thank you for a lovely stay at ur apartments and making my hen weekend very much enjoyable! The tram startion is located right next door which was very handy €4 euro return. Taxis to temple bar was €15 euro, all the Irish people was lovely and friendly. Lidl is a 10 min walk and we didn't find the area rough at all. Thanks again xxx

  good apartment everything that we needed except a hair dryer. The only bad point was the blurb on the apartments said a full leisure centre was part of the hotel which is true but if you have kids and you want to take them for a swim expect to part with the best part of 40 euro's which it doesn't mention on the website. Getting around the city was easy as the tram stop was outside the apartment block.

  Dodgy area, dirty, broken floorboards, broken sofa, all kitchen equipment filthy, "indoor pool, sauna and hot tub" are the local leisure centre !!! Which only allows kids in certain times. I complained but it fell on deaf ears, avoid at all costs ! Absolute dive!!!

  Ok. I will be generous and start with the pro's. Apartment was clean, close to a Luas and reception staff were friendly.Cons.Difficult to find, links for directions not working, apartment was tired and shabby.laminate flooring had large gaps at ends of boards and you could slide the pieces back and forth along the floor, like some sort of weird puzzle, bathroom had large crack in toilet and hole in bath panel, sealing around bath old and needs replacing, there was a musty smell.kitchen fascias falling off some of the drawers and past their sell by date in general.On the whole it looked like student accommodation and was over priced, maintenance is obviously not a priority, Tv about 15 years old and no remote.general area felt run down and not that safe.leisure centre not in the building, was in another building and basically just a gym open to the public, wifi signal was weak and intermittentoverpriced for what it was
